Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Cinnadust™ Ice Cream Pie Recipe


  • 1 quart of vanilla ice cream
  • 2 cups of Whipped Cream
  • 3 tablespoons of Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cinnadust Seasoning

Pie Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal (pulverized to crumbs)
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar (packed)
  • 7 Tablespoons butter (melted)


  • 2 tablespoons butter (cold)
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cinnadust Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar (packed)


Pie Crust

  1. In food processor, ground Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal into fine crumbs.
  2. Combine cereal crumbs and sugar in a medium bowl.  Add melted butter and combine ingredients well.
  3. Pour mixture into pie pan.  Use the back of a spoon to firmly pack crumbs to the bottom and sides of the pie pan.
  4. Freeze for 10-20 minutes before filling.


  1. In medium bowl, add butter, flour, brown sugar and Cinnadust Seasoning, using pastry blender or 2 knives, cut into ingredients until crumbly.
  2. Set aside.


  1. Let ice cream thaw until slightly soft and scoop-able.
  2. Scoop and gently spread a layer in the pie crust, about 3/4” thick.
  3. Add in a layer of streusel topping
  4. Add one more layer of ice cream, 3/4″ thick
  5. Add another layer of streusel topping.
  6. Freeze the pie until it is firm, about 20 Minutes
  7. Top with whipped cream and garnish with a sprinkle of Cinnadust and your favorite berries.
  8. Slice & Serve.
