Roasted Sweet Potato Fries with Cinnadust™ Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lb sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2″ thick sticks 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnadust™, plus more for serving

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place sweet potatoes on a large sheet tray. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Cinnadust™.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Cinnadust™. Mix well to combine then spread in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes or until softened and golden. Sprinkle with more Cinnadust™ when serving.
