Cinnadust™ Apple Pie Pancakes Recipe


  • 4 apples, peeled, cored and diced
  • 2/3 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cinnadust Seasoning
  • ¼-teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups of pancake batter


  1. Dice Apples, then drizzle with lemon juice, toss to coat.
  2. In a large pan add water, Cinnadust Seasoning, cornstarch, and nutmeg. Bring to a simmer.
  3. While stirring, bring mixture to a boil until thickened.
  4. Add apples to the pan, stir to coat. While stirring, cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Lower the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, until the apples have softened.
  6. Stir in butter and set aside.
  7. On a griddle, make 6 pancakes (about 4 inches).
  8. Plate pancake, fill one side with apple mix, fold closed. Repeat.
  9. Serve immediately.
