Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Cinnadust™ Ice Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients
1 quart of vanilla ice cream
2 cups of Whipped Cream
3 tablespoons of Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cinnadust Seasoning
Pie Crust
1 1/2 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal (pulverized to crumbs)
2 Tablespoons brown sugar (packed)
7 Tablespoons butter (melted)
Streusel
2 tablespoons butter (cold)
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cinnadust Seasoning
2 tablespoon brown sugar (packed)
Directions
Pie Crust
In food processor, ground Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal into fine crumbs.
Combine cereal crumbs and sugar in a medium bowl. Add melted butter and combine ingredients well.
Pour mixture into pie pan. Use the back of a spoon to
firmly
pack crumbs to the bottom and sides of the pie pan.
Freeze for 10-20 minutes before filling.
Streusel
In medium bowl, add butter, flour, brown sugar and Cinnadust Seasoning, using pastry blender or 2 knives, cut into ingredients until crumbly.
Set aside.
Assembly
Let ice cream thaw until slightly soft and scoop-able.
Scoop and gently spread a layer in the pie crust, about 3/4” thick.
Add in a layer of streusel topping
Add one more layer of ice cream, 3/4″ thick
Add another layer of streusel topping.
Freeze the pie until it is firm, about 20 Minutes
Top with whipped cream and garnish with a sprinkle of Cinnadust and your favorite berries.
Slice & Serve.
